WINNIPEG -- Coach Mike O'Shea wants to see fewer penalties as his undefeated Winnipeg Blue Bombers face the undefeated Edmonton Eskimos Thursday.

Both CFL West teams sit at 3-0 going into the game, but O'Shea says it will be hard to continue to win with so many penalties. The Bombers had 15 for 148 yards last week in Montreal.

Winnipeg and Edmonton both have rookie head coaches poached out of the Toronto Argonauts' organization.

And both are rebounding from a dismal 2013 out of playoff contention, when Edmonton was last in the West and Winnipeg last in the East.

This is the first game the Bombers have played as Western team in almost a decade, thanks to Ottawa's return to the league.

The game will also see the return of receiver Romby Bryant to the starting lineup. Bryant began his CFL career with Winnipeg in 2008.
