Cocaine with an estimated street value of more than $330,000 was seized as part of an ongoing drug investigation, said police.

Officers stopped a vehicle in St. Vital on Feb. 17. A 33-year-old male was allegedly found to have one kilogram of cocaine with him, worth an estimated $55,000, said police.

Officers then carried out a search warrant at a St. Vital home and seized cocaine worth an estimated $275,000, along with quantities of marijuana, cash and drug paraphernalia.

A second search warrant was executed on Feb. 18 at a home in River Heights and officers seized rocks of cocaine worth an estimated $1,800, along with a small amount of marijuana, said police.

Two suspects have been taken into custody.

Troc Vinh Tran, 33, and Cyrile Kaye Ong, 31, face charges for several drug offences, said police.
