The body of a woman was found near the shore of Naosap Lake, near Flin Flon, on Aug. 19.
Officers were called to the area around 4 p.m.
RCMP identified the deceased as Pamela Ann Garson, 45, of Flin Flon.
She had been reported missing on Aug. 18.
An autopsy has been conducted, but the cause of death has not yet been determined, said officers.
Members of multiple RCMP units continue to investigate.
