The Valley Gardens Community Centre has been hit with hate graffiti for the second time in a week.
Racial slurs, swastikas and other offensive images were spray-painted on the outdoor rink warming huts at some point on the weekend.
City crews painted over the graffiti on Monday.
Wednesday morning, new graffiti with racist slurs was spotted.
The city planned to paint over it again on Wednesday afternoon.
