Manitoba lottery ticket holders could unknowingly have big money burning a hole in their pocket.
Two lottery prizes from last year worth a combined total of more than $200,000 remain unclaimed, according to the Western Canada Lottery Corp.
One Extra prize, drawn on March 21, 2015, is worth $100,000. The winning number is 5061114.
The other -- a Lotto Max ticket with the numbers 3, 7, 15, 23, 29, 31, 45, Bonus 46 -- is worth $103,420.60. That ticket was drawn on March 27, 2015.
The window to claim the prizes is closing fast. All Lotto Max and Extra tickets expire exactly one year after their draw date.
Unclaimed winnings either go back into the pool for future prizes, or are returned to the member provinces and territories as revenue.
