Your SKYWATCH Weather Forecast
We’re in store for another downright balmy day across southern Manitoba. Winnipeg has a forecasted high of 20 C with plenty of sunshine to boot. Meanwhile, it's a totally different story in northern Manitoba. An intense low pressure system is pushing in from the west, triggering a winter storm warning for the Brochet and Tadoule Lake area. The snow should start falling in that neck of the woods this afternoon and won't taper off until Wednesday. About 25 to 35 centimeters is possible in those areas. Here in the south, the winds will persist out of the southwest at up to 20 kilometres per hour, but the sun will keep shining through the rest of the day.
