Two facing charges after grow-op worth almost $1M raided at St. James business

Winnipeg police carried out a search warrant and seized 854 marijuana plants from a commercial property in the 1700 block of St. James Street on Nov. 21.
Police said the estimated value of the grow-op is pegged at $956,000.
Frederick Gordon Peters and Jane Peters, both of Winnipeg, face a number of charges, including possessing a substance for the purpose of trafficking, said police.
