Walmart will be the first tenant of the new Grant Park Pavilions to be built at the corner of Pembina Highway and Taylor Avenue.
The spot is an empty field now, but soon ground breaks to build a Walmart Supercentre.
Property developer Shindico’s announced on their website the more than 1 million square-foot Grant Park Pavilions development will also provide a variety of options to shop, work, and play, all in close proximity.
The new Walmart services River Heights and Fort Rouge, all the way to downtown.
