A local band is clearing their schedule to raise money for charity.
Winnipeg pop-rock band The Treble is planning to perform 24 shows in 24 hours.
Starting at 9 p.m. Thursday, the band will play short acoustic sets every hour at various businesses, venues and landmarks around town, soliciting donations for CancerCare Manitoba.
In the past three years the event has raised over $8,000.
