Caught on camera once again.

But this time Gino Riccio's glad to see a city snow crew in the private parking lot outside his business.

This time a crew removed a pile of snow that had been covering all of Riccio’s parking on Dufferin Avenue in Winnipeg.

On Feb. 14, he checked his surveillance video after a neighbour tipped him off that she saw crews clearing the streets use his lot as a dumping ground.

Riccio called 311 with his complaint, but 10 days later, he hadn’t heard back, so he shared his frustration with CTV this week.

The next day, the city’s manager of street maintenance visited Riccio and told him a crew would come clear the snow.

When CTV asked about the contractor who dumped the snow, the City of Winnipeg released a statement saying they're awaiting further details of the investigation prior to formalizing any penalties.
