Police said Sheldon David Contois, 19, has been taken into custody.
He was wanted in connection with a Feb. 22 shooting at a Talbot Avenue apartment building, said officers.
Contois was located in the area of Sanford Fleming Road and Plessis Road on April 24.
Police said Contois faces multiple charges, including robbery with a weapon and other firearms-related charges.
