Members of Parliament from across Canada arrived in Ottawa Tuesday evening in advance of Wednesday’s swearing-in ceremony of the country’s 23rd Prime Minister and his cabinet.

Liberal MP MaryAnn Mihychuk (Kildonan-St.Paul) arrived on a flight from Winnipeg at Ottawa International Airport but would not reveal if she was included in Justin Trudeau’s cabinet.

“I'm sure that he's a very bright man and will see my attributes. But I can't say more than that. It's just wonderful to be here for the new government," Mihychuk told the media upon her arrival.

The cabinet will be unveiled Wednesday during a public ceremony at Rideau Hall.

Trudeau had promised a smaller cabinet with an equal number of men and women representing all regions of Canada.
