It's been a week since Amber McFarland was last seen at a Portage la Prairie bar.
On Saturday her family announced they are offering a $20,000 reward for any information on her whereabouts.
Volunteers also continued their ground search for the 24-year-old on Saturday.
About 300 people signed up to help find the missing woman.
They are looking for McFarland's key, her cell phone, clothing, or anything else she may have had with her the night she disappeared.
"We're grasping at straws as far as getting Amber home," her father Scott told CTV News.
Volunteers will continue to search Sunday.
McFarland was last seen on Saturday Oct. 18 in the Portage la Prairie area.
She has blonde hair, green eyes, stands about 5'6"-5'7", and weighs 135 lbs. She was wearing a black sweater and blue jeans when she went missing.
Anyone who may be able to help in the investigation is asked to call the Mounties in Portage at 204-857-4445, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
