RCMP expanded their search to find a missing snowmobiler in Manitoba's Interlake, Tuesday morning.
On Saturday, Christopher Rodney Traverse of Winnipeg was ice fishing on Anderson Lake with family members. The 24-year-old became separated from the group while traveling by snowmobile to Gypsumville.
Initial search efforts were hampered by the severe winter storm in the area over the weekend.
Tuesday morning police added more personnel to the search including Lundar and Ashern RCMP members, the Fire Commissioner's Office, a local pilot, and numerous local volunteers.
If anyone has any information on Christopher Rodney Traverse, please contact RCMP Gypsumville Detachment at 659-5224.
