A victim was rushed to hospital in critical condition following an assault on Carlton Street next to the Carlton Inn Thursday morning.
The victim was later upgraded to stable, said police.
Witnesses said three suspects fled in a vehicle prior to police arriving at the scene.
The vehicle was later spotted and three occupants arrested.
An adult male and two adult females are in custody, said police.
