The family of a young Winnipeg man killed after a hit and run before Christmas hopes the people of Winnipeg can help bring the driver to justice.

The family of Cody Joss has created posters calling for "justice for Cody Joss."

He died in hospital Dec. 20, one day after he was hit by a vehicle as he was crossing Inkster Boulevard at McGregor Street.

Friday night at 6:45 p.m. they held a vigil at the site.

The family wants to keep Joss’ story in the public eye, in the hopes new details come forward.

Police say the driver has yet to be found.
