Apple pear, sliced - 1

Strawberries, sliced - 4

Candied pecans - 1/4 cup

Cooked chicken, cold, sliced - 1/4 cup

Dry cranberries - 2 tbsp.

White balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.

XV Olive oil - 3 tsp.

Fresh arugula - 1 cup

Mix all the ingredients except the vinegar and oil. Sprinkle the vinegar and oil overtop just before serving.

Purchasing small amounts of flavored vinegars and oils make a huge difference in the taste of the final product.
