Salmon, fresh - 4 oz.

Kielbasa, shredded - 1 tbsp.

Mashed potatoes - 1 tbsp.

Dill, fresh, chopped - 1 tsp.

Flour - as needed

Mix the Kielbasa, potatoes and dill. Dust the salmon with flour and then press the potato mixture gently but firmly on top. Let the salmon sit for a few minutes. Carefully sear the salmon, crust side down until golden brown and then bake in a 350F oven for 6 – 8 minutes, depending on the degree of doneness you want.
