Cooked turkey - 1/2 cup

Lean ground pork - 1/2 cup

Green onions,chopped - 2 tbsp.

Sesame oil - 1 tsp.

Egg, beaten - 1

Fresh ginger, grated - 1 tsp.

Wonton wrappers - 20

Place all the ingredients except wrappers in a food processor and mix into a paste. Try not to over process the mixture. It is nice to have a little texture in the filling. When blended, turn out into a bowl and chill thoroughly.

Lay out one wonton wrapper on a clean surface and wet the edges with a little water. Place a little filling in the center. Fold the won ton in half keeping the filling in the center. Press the edges together and pinch to form a tight seal. Repeat until you are out of filling. It is important to keep the won tons from drying out. I place a clean damp towel over them until I fry them.

Deep fry the won tons at 350F until cooked. This should take 3-4 minutes, depending on how much stuffing you used. Serve with hoisin or your favorite dipping sauce.
