RCMP said a suspect has been arrested after a 45-year-old victim died from stab wounds on Nov. 5.
Police and emergency crews were called to a residence in Ochre River, located between Ste Rose du Lac and Dauphin, around 10:30 p.m. on Monday.
The 45-year-old victim was found with stab wounds and was transported to hospital, where he later died.
Police said his name will not be released.
An autopsy has been scheduled.
RCMP said Desi Ronald Nepinak, 25, was arrested and has been charged with second-degree murder.
Police said the victim and suspect knew one another.
