Fire investigators are looking into what started a house fire in St. James Monday night.
The fire broke out shortly before 7:00 p.m. at a home on Fairlane Avenue in the neighbourhood of Crestview.
Fire officials tell CTV News the fire started in a basement bedroom.
No one was injured.
Damage is estimated at $120,000.
