Farmers dumped a pile of grain in front of Conservative MP Merv Tweed's constituency office in Brandon to protest the federal government's decision to move to end the Canadian Wheat Board's monopoly.
The grain was piled in front of the office around 10 a.m. Friday.
Tweed represents the Brandon – Souris riding.
Last week, farmers and supporters also held a rally in Winnipeg to protest the government introducing legislation to end the board's monopoly and said farmers should be the ones deciding the future of the organization.
