Crews were  on scene for most of the morning Thursday cleaning up after a fiery crash at the Perimeter and Sturgeon Road, say RCMP.

They were called to the scene just before 7 a.m. Thursday, where a semi and pick-up truck had collided.

RCMP said an amount of diesel fuel had spilled onto the highway and was on fire, but crews have since cleaned it up.

Traffice was moving again a few hours later in the area.

No significant injuries were reported, said RCMP.
