Homicide Unit investigating suspicious death

Police have confirmed the Homicide Unit is investigating after a woman was found dead in a home in the 1100 block of Alexander Avenue.

Police were called to the home around 11:30 a.m. Saturday. The Identification Unit and the medical examiner were on the scene.

It’s not known how long the woman was in the house.
