A 48-year-old man is facing several firearms charges after a house on Garfield Street was raided Tuesday evening.
Police said they were called to the home in 1100 block of Garfield just before 7 p.m. for a firearms search warrant. Members of the organized crime and canine units were at the scene.
A .45 calibre handgun, ammunition, marijuana and cocaine were seized.
Police said Freddie Centeno Gonzales, 48, of Winnipeg faces several firearm and drug-related charges.
