Delta Beach property owners try to protect against wind-blown ice

Windy conditions out at Delta Beach, along the southern edge of Lake Manitoba, are creating growing mountains of snow and ice out on the lake and they're on the move.

Cottage owners are hoping for the best but preparing for the worst.

Sandbags and inflatable dams now line the beach as the mountains of snow and ice push closer to shore.
