Winnipeg Jets tickets for the home games in the team's first round series with the Anaheim Ducks sold out in less than a minute.

Team spokesperson Scott Brown said 94 per cent of season ticket holders had taken the option to purchase tickets in advance, leaving less than a thousand for each game.

Those tickets went on sale at 10:00 a.m. Thursday and promptly sold out.

Brown said a handful of tickets may still be released on the day of each home game, if possible, but they will be offered to fans on the Jets season ticket waiting list.

Tickets have already appeared on the online reseller site Stubhub for games three and foud in Winnipeg, ranging in price from $700 to more than $1,400 USD.

Thousands of tickets are available for games one and two in Anaheim, starting at $39 U.S.

While most people went online to try and order tickets in Winnipeg, dozens of people also lined up at the box office up the stairs at the MTS Centre as they waited for the ticket windows to open.
