It appears an Osborne Village restaurant will get a new lease on life.
Bistro by Basil was condemned in 2008 after a water main break caused serious damage.
It re-opened again in 2011, but shut down again for good in 2012.
Now, new owners have taken over the space - the same group behind Bistro 7 ¼.
They CTV News that they're still deciding a name and getting permits, but if all goes well, they hope to open the restaurant by July.
