The president of the University of Winnipeg will not be seeking a third term.
That's the news Lloyd Axworthy delivered to the board of regents Monday night.
The former foreign affairs minister became president of the university in 2004.
He oversaw the largest building campaign in the institution's history.
Axworthy intends to serve out his current term, which ends in 2014.
