A teenage boy was rushed to hospital in critical condition with serious injuries after an incident at the Red River Exhibition around 6 p.m. Thursday.
Based on witness reports, the Red River Ex believes the boy jumped onto the track and was hit by a car on the Crazy Mouse roller coaster.
An Ex spokesperson tells CTV News it was not a mechanical issue with the ride.
The ride was shut down while a provincial safety inspection was done.
It has since re-opened.
