City councillor Thomas Steen has been arrested again.
Court officials confirm Steen is alleged to have breached a no-contact order.
He went before a justice of the peace on July 11 and was released the next day.
Steen faces assault charges following an incident involving a woman.
The allegations have not been proven in court
