For the second day in a row, the suspect in a series of Winnipeg mail bombs has had his first court appearance pushed back.
Guido Amsel faces two counts of attempted murder, one count of aggravated assault and several charges related to explosives.
He has been in talks with experienced Winnipeg defence lawyer Jeff Gindin but has not formally retained him yet.
Gindin was also not in court today, but a representative said he is expected Thursday for the next appearance.
One of the mail bombs detonated in a law office on River Avenue, seriously injuring family lawyer Maria Mitousis.
