Employees at a well-known bar off Portage Avenue are recovering after they were pepper sprayed by a customer early Saturday morning.

One of the owners of Flea Whiskey's told CTV a man with a group of people left the bar around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

When the customer came back, he pepper sprayed an employee before stealing her cash box and running out the door.

The owner says another employee followed the man and was also sprayed.

Police are looking for two suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call them.
