A sign the mayoral campaign is in high gear following the Labour Day weekend surfaced Tuesday.
Gord Steeves re-announced a pledge to freeze property taxes, while taking aim at the campaign front runner Judy Wasylycia-Leis.
Steeves attacked her plan to raise property taxes at the rate of inflation in front of her office on Portage Avenue.
Judy Wasylycia-Leis outlined planks of her campaign on Sept. 2. They include fixing city hall, rebuilding roads and protecting city services like snow removal and garbage.
