A heavy police presence continued around the city on Sunday.
Winnipeg police spent much of Sunday night on scene at the Orle, Bargen, Davidson law office on Stradbrook Avenue at Donald Street.
CTV crews saw the bomb unit on scene.
Around 9:30 p.m. air horns were sounded followed by a loud bang heard from the area.
Police have not confirmed this incident is related to any suspicious packages reported around the city this weekend.
Emergency crews and bomb squad vehicles were reported at at least four other addresses around the city of Winnipeg.
Officers spent much of the day on scene at Washington Avenue and Watt Street. They have been there since 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
Crews were called to Springfield Road and Wenzel Street at approximately 2 p.m. on Sunday. They remained on scene until the evening hours, at a building in the 2200 block of Springfield with two businesses – C-Tech Automotive Used Cars and EuroTech Autobody/ Autopac Claim.
The bomb squad has their robot on standby. Ambulance and police are also on scene. MIRV has since left the area, but were also present. Traffic was guided as part of the road was blocked.
Around 3:00 p.m. crews were called to Donald Street near Confusion Corner and taped off the area, before moving to Stradbrook.
Police were also on scene at a residence on Pandora Avenue.
Search warrants were executed there, as well as at the Springfield Road business.
