Hundreds of people continued a young woman's legacy when they walked in a welcome period of sunshine on Friday afternoon.
The second annual Kendra's Walk at St. John's-Ravenscourt School raised $100,000 for Cancer Care Manitoba.
Kendra McBain started the event to raise money and awareness for teens living with cancer.
She passed away at the age of 18 last December following a courageous battle with the disease.
