There's another change coming to Winnipeg city council this fall.
Deputy mayor Justin Swandelisn't seeking re-election.
Instead, Swandel said he plans to explore opportunities in real estate and development.
The councillor for St. Norbert will remain in office until the end of his term.
Three other councillors have also announced they're not running again -- including Scott Fielding in St. James and Paula Havixbeck in Charleswood.
St. Boniface councillor Dan Vandal is stepping down to run for the liberals in the federal election.
