An inspection of a semi at the Headingley weigh scales uncovered marijuana hidden in duffle bags and in boxes.

About 388 pounds of marijuana were found during the inspection on Aug. 10, said RCMP.

More than $8,000 in cash was also seized.

Qamer Shams, 40, of Newmarket, Ont. And Jeff Muster, 30, of Surrey, B.C. face a number of charges, including possession of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking and trafficking cannabis, said RCMP.
