Ten people from the St. James area woke up to a nasty surprise Thursday morning.
Police were called out around 2:00 a.m. to a complaint of slashed tires. They found 10 vehicles in the area of Bruce Avenue and Belvidere Street with ruined rubber.
Three youths are in custody.
